With over 40 years in the reinsurance Industry, Paul is a highly respected leader with extensive experience leading regulated broking entities across London, Singapore, Indonesia, Malaysia, and the Philippines. He Has a strong track record in building and growing broker operations, managing Treaty and Facultative portfolios, and delivering value-driven solutions through strong international market relationships.
With 25 years of experience across insurance, reinsurance, and takaful, Shahira has led broking initiatives throughout the Asia Pacific region. Her deep market knowledge and client-first approach continue to drive business growth and strategic partnerships.
With over 40 years of experience in insurance and reinsurance, Jaya is a respected leader with deep technical expertise, having served as a senior executive and principal officer overseeing complex corporate, commercial, and reinsurance portfolios. He continues to provide strategic guidance and tailored risk solutions across local and international markets.
Stephen began his career in London in 1981 and brings over four decades of experience in the (re)insurance industry. In 1997, he established Aon’s energy practice in Asia, and later served as CEO of ED Broking Singapore, overseeing operations across the Asia Pacific region. Stephen brings extensive expertise in oil & gas, power, petrochemicals, and mining.

Theresa brings extensive reinsurance expertise backed by 20 years specialising casualty, financial lines and specialty risk. She has built her career through many years with PWS, further strengthened by her previous role with Marnix, where she handled diverse portfolios across global markets. She now leads efforts to advance business growth and market presence in the Philippines while continuing to engage with global partners.

Ben began his insurance career in 2016 and is recognised for his technical expertise, market insight, and strong industry relationships. He brings valuable experience from his previous role at Marnix reinsurance brokers, where he led the placement of complex property and engineering risks across APAC, the Middle East, Africa, and South America.
